What the guarantee covers
The satisfaction guarantee covers Globe Filter parts (with a GF number) bought from Globe Filter AS. It applies from when the element is fitted until the next change.
What you get
If you are not satisfied with the product, you get your money back.
How to use the guarantee
Email post@globefilter.no with your order or invoice number, the GF number and a short description of what you are not satisfied with. Feel free to attach a photo. We will reply and agree the next steps with you.
Claims for defects
If the product has a defect, the claim rules of the applicable sale of goods law also apply. Notify post@globefilter.no as soon as you discover the defect.
Warranty on your compressor or pump
Check the terms of your warranty or service agreement for the machine. We provide the product specification for the specific GF part, so you have the information for the assessment.
