How to read the GF number
Every element has its own Globe Filter number. It shows which brand the element replaces and its filter grade – so it is easy to reorder the right one next time.
GF-AC4120-K1
Filter grades – from coarse to ultra-fine
K2525 µmCoarse filter – removes large particles and rust.
K55 µmPre-filter – protects the finer filters.
K33 µmParticulate filter for general compressed air.
K11 µmCoalescing filter – removes water and oil aerosols.
K010.1 µmFine filter for higher air-quality requirements.
KX0.01 µmHigh-efficiency fine filter – for demanding processes.
KAActivated carbonRemoves oil vapour, odour and taste.
Suffixes after the code: R = reverse flow · H = high temperature · D = duplex · S = silenced · P = push-fit.
Separators, activated carbon, OVR and special products have their own end codes (e.g. VS). The product type is always shown in the search result. The filter grade alone does not describe all performance – technical data for your part is available on request.
